芦屋のサービスアパートメント”ミミロッコ”徒然帳

やってきました食欲の秋！！
10月の秋晴れの日、ミミロッコでは、皆様の、（いや　私の？）旺盛な食欲に応えるため？
焼き芋パーティが開催されました♪



ミミロッコスタッフの一人が大切に育てた名産安納芋と紅はるか。
噂には聞いていたけど、食べるのは初めて！楽しみ～～～♪♪♪






自慢の石焼き芋器で焼いたお芋はとってもジューシー！
中身は黄金色で、クリーミーで、甘くて口の中でとろけそう。。。。
そんなに食べては太る、、、と、思いつつも手が止まりません。。






お芋と共に、焼き栗、平柿、ピオーネ、サンドイッチも一緒にご提供。
でも、なんといっても一番人気はお芋♡





お客様もお芋を食べる手が止まらない。
とっても楽しんでくださってるご様子。





ふふふふ、これこそ、ミミロッコオーナーと、スタッフの望むお客様の姿。
美味しいものは、人を幸せな気持ちにさせるんだなーと思った秋の一日でした。






Baked sweet-potato party

In Japan, we call autumn “the season of good appetite.”
Because it is believed that after enduring summer heat, our appetite will be regained thanks to the temperate temperature of autumn.

To satisfy our vast appetite, we have held baked sweet potato or “Yaki-imo” party on one sunny day!!
2 kinds of sweet potatoes were served, “Anno-imo” and “Beni-haruka.”
They are well-known brand for their delicate flavor.♪
This has been my first close encounter of an inexperienced taste!!

One of the Miimilocco staff harvested these sweet potatoes after a whole summer cherished care!!
He brought his special “yaki-imo” machine of his pride, which made yaki-imo soooo
juicy and creamy and sweeeeeet!!

I know I should not have eaten that much otherwise I will gain my weight, but couldn’t stop eating!! Help….

Baked-chestnut, persimmon, grapes and sandwiches were also prepared along with sweet potatoes. However the most popular food of the day was needless to say baked-sweet potatoes.♪
Our dear residents also couldn’t stop having them too much, but they seemed very happy!

Mufufufuf…….this is what we (the owner and staff of Mimilocco) expected our residents to be!!

I believe that delicious food always makes people happy.♡
