当館のギャラリーを御存じですか。
ミミロッコの玄関の左側のガラス窓の中にあるんです。
新しくピクチャーレールを取り付けて、
ステキな絵が見やすいようにとレイアウトを考えています。
そのステキな絵・書は、ダウン症の書道家“隅野由子”さんのものです。
シンプルな言葉ながら心にひびく言葉ばかりです。
ちょっと足を止めてのぞいて見てください。

２月のミミロッコ
暦の上では春ですが、まだまだ寒い日も多く、本格的な春の訪れが待ち遠しい今日この頃です。
本日は、【２月のミミロッコの中の風景】をご紹介したいと思います。
＜ロビーのひなまつり飾り＞
３月３日は「ひなまつり」
ロビーでは雛人形が飾られ、お内裏さまとお雛さまが、ご入居者やご来館の方々を
お迎えしています。
雛人形のおかきがエレベーター内にも登場です。
＜マンションモデルルーム建設中＞
中庭にある店舗スペースに、4月中旬頃、マンションのモデルルームがお目見えします。
ただいまその工事中です。
さて、どのようなお部屋になるのか、楽しみです。

2016年 今年も宜しくお願い致します。
皆様、お元気でしょうか？
暖冬の影響で、とても穏やかな年末年始になりました。
2016年がこのお天気のように、平和な1年であるといいですね。
さて、今年の干支は“丙申 ひのえさる”
丙申年生まれの方の特徴は、“頭の回転が速く、行動力を持っている”との事ですが、
丙申生まれの皆様、いかがでしょうか？
当たらずとも遠からずといったところでしょうか？
ミミロッコに於きましては、この年末年始、お顔馴染みのお客様をお迎えしたり、またミミロッコでの生活をお楽しみになられたお客様をお見送りしたりという日々でした。
今年もまた、新しい出会いがある事を期待しつつ、このミミロッコ徒然草を訪れて下さる皆様、お一人おひとりにとって、幸多く実り多い1年になりますように。

Blessed with the mild winter weather, the start of year 2016 has been calm.
How did you spend the New Year days for 2016?
I wish that the year 2016 would be as peaceful as this mild weather.
The zodiac sign of this year is monkey.
It is characterized that those born in the year of monkey are very smart and quick in their actions. What do you think?
Here at Mimilocco during the year-end and New Year days, we welcomed again the familiar customers and saw off the residents who had enjoyed a life at Mimilocco for a year.
This year, too, we are looking forward to meeting and welcoming new residents at Mimilocco, and wish everyone who visits “Mimilocco Turezuregusa or blog” happy and fruitful 2016.

年末のご挨拶
冬はイルミネーションの季節ですね。空気が澄んでいるからでしょうね。
中之島のイルミネーションに行ったついでに、久し振りにお初天神にお参りしようと境内に入ったら、驚きました。
なんと、境内にイルミネーションが施されていました！
近松門左衛門の人形浄瑠璃の曽根崎心中のモデルになったお初と徳兵衛の心中の舞台となり、縁結びの神様として有名なこの神社。
最近は神社もイルミネーションで飾られるのですね。斬新！！
ミミロッコに斬新なイルミネーションはありませんが、今年の冬はまるで森の中にいるような素敵なロビーの飾り付けでした。
毎年素敵ですが、今年はなんだかほっこりです。
今年も沢山の皆様にお世話になり、ありがとうございました。
来年も皆様に笑顔と幸せを、ギブ＆ギブの精神でお届け出来ますよう、オーナー始めスタッフ一同頑張って行きたいと思っております。来年もどうぞよろしくお願い致します。
皆様、どうぞ良いお年をお過ごし下さい。
Season’s Greetings
It is the best season for illumination in winter because the cold temperature make the air clear.
I went to see the illumination of Nakanoshima area in Osaka and after that I dropped in Ohatu –tenjin shrine for the first time since several years.
The shrine has been known as the site of the lover’s suicide which has come to be famous by the puppet play called ‘ Sonezaki-shinjyu’ or The lover’s suicide in Sonezaki shrine written in the Edo-Period.
When I stepped into the precinct, I was very impressed and surprised!! Why?
The shrine was partially illuminated!! I have never seen an illuminated Shinto shrine!
That’s quite novel!!
There is no novel illumination in Mimilocco, however the Christmas decoration in the lobby has made us feel like we were in the forest with warm atmosphere, which I like a lot!
The year of 2016 is just around the corner.
We would like to show our great appreciation to all of you for your support and understanding during the year 2015.
We, the owner and all of the Mimilocco staff will try to make a great effort to make you smile and happy under the spirit of “give and give” in 2016, too.

木々の葉も色づいてきて、今年も紅葉の季節の到来ですね。
さて今月は、ミミロッコの１０月のイベントについて２つご紹介いたします。
★『ＢＢＱパーティー』
１０月１８日、秋晴れの爽やかなお天気のもと、ご入居者様をお招きして、ＢＢＱパーティーを開催しました。ＢＢＱには欠かせないビーフ、チキンと共に、今年はオクトーバーフェスト風にソーセージも登場！
お忙しい中、皆様スケジュールを調整してご参加くださり、ワインやビール、そして焼きたてのお肉とともにお話に花が咲きました。
ご参加いただいた皆様、ありがとうございました。
★ハロウイン
１０月３１日はハロウイン。
ミミロッコのエレベーターにもハロウインの飾りつけが始まりました。
ミミロッコ敷地内にある児童療育施設『アンジェ』の子供達が、ハロウインより一足早く、
１０月２５日に、ご入居者様のお宅へ、プレゼントを届けてくれました。
＊『アンジェ』：当館のオーナーが支援する児童療育教室で、ミミロッコ敷地内にあります。

colored leaves has just around the corner here in Kansai area.
Well, I am going to tell you about two of Mimilocco’s autumnal events.
★BBQ Party
We held a BBQ party in the courtyard of Mimilocco on Oct.18 under the autumnal brisk weather. Our dear residents gathered and enjoyed
chatting over delicious wine, beer, and sizzling beef and chicken.
We also served several kinds of sausages with sauerkraut, just like
those in the October Fest in Germany.
We hope the party was an enjoyable one to everybody who joined us.
Those who have attended the party, thank you very much for coming!
★Halloween
Decorations for Halloween have started here in Mimilocco. When you
get in the elevators, you’ll be greeted by Jack-0-Lantern and other
Halloween ornaments. Disguised children from ‘Ange’ child care facility
for the handicapped, visited each room of our residents to give some
presents on Oct.25, though it was a bit early Halloween.
＊ ‘Ange’ is a child care facility for the handicapped, which is located
in the compound of Mimilocco and is supported by its owner.

秋の訪れ③
いよいよ秋ですね。
夏の暑さが厳しかったぶん、秋の訪れが待ち遠しかったです。
日本に住んでいると当たり前のように感じますが
春夏秋冬、四季の移り変わりを実感出来るって素敵な事ですよね。
例えば思い出を振り返る時に
“あのとんでもない猛暑の年にきれいな花火を見に行ったよね！”という記憶が、
“あれは20〇〇年の8月だった”という感じで、
特定しやすいですよね。
これが、四季のない常夏の地だと、
“えーっと、とんでもない暑さって7月？9月？それとも5月だっけ？”といった感じになるのでは・・・。と常夏の地で暮らした経験がないので
勝手に想像したりしてしまいます。
9月には中秋の名月の話題ばかり取り上げて来ました
これは確かに日本の伝統的且つ素敵な季節感と自然のありさまを反映した行事だからです。
しかし今回は趣向を変えて、2015年の夏、ミミロッコで入居者の皆様に一番関心を持って頂いた行事は何だったかな？と振り返ってみたところ、
夏の風物詩、花火大会ではなかったかなぁと思います。
日本の花火は、世界一精巧で華麗、まさに日本の伝統美です
特に外国の方から見ると、COOL JAPANそのもののようです。
さて、シルバーWEEK、秋の休暇はどのようにお過ごしになりましたか？
今年の中秋の名月は、9/27日、綺麗なお月様が見れますように。

I’ve been impatient for autumn!
We take it for granted that there are seasonal changes in Japan.
But it is very nice thing.
Let’s think about the conversation like this, such as we look back over our memories.
A: “We went to see beautiful fireworks in that severely hot summer.”
B: “Yes, that was August 20〇〇, right?”
We can describe this memory specifically.
If we lived in the country of a tropical climate,
could we remember when it was that we went to the fireworks?
A: “A severely hot summer? I wonder it was July, September, or May?”
It seems difficult to recall when it was, which is just my imagination, though.
I have picked out topics about harvest moon in autumn every year.
But, this time, I have picked out another topic.
“What was the most interesting thing of this summer to the residents in Mimilocco?” It was a fireworks event.
The fireworks reflect the Japanese tradition and nice sense of the season.
It is indeed a “COOL JAPAN” for foreigners.
By the way, how did you spend “the silver week?”
The harvest moon is 27th this month.
We hope you can enjoy watching the beautiful moon.

四季の色
暑い毎日が続きましたが、夏もそろそろ終わりですね。
９月になると、朝晩は空気もさわやかになり、秋の気配もうっすらと感じられるようになります。
日本には、春夏秋冬という四季の移り変わりがあり、春のポカポカとした日差し、若葉のみどり、桜の淡いピンクと、やさしい彩（色）から夏のギラギラと照りつける太陽、ひまわりの黄色、すいかの緑と赤と、元気のある色へ。
緑鮮やかだった木々の葉が紅葉し、ゆっくりと冬に向かっていきます。
昔の日本では、エアコンなどありませんでしたし、もちろん今の様な暑さではなかったのですが、季節ごとの模様替えをして、涼を感じる様にしたそうです。
青をはじめとする寒色は涼しさを感じさせる色です。
夏になると、青と白の組合せのディスプレイが多くなり、ガラスなど冷たさをイメージさせる物が多く生活の中に取り入れられます。
冬になると暖かさを感じられる様に、季節の移り変わりに合わせて暮らして来ました。
これも四季のある日本人ならではの知恵ではないでしょうか。
実際に、寒色と暖色の色では、実際の温度と体感温度は３℃程違うと言われています。
昔の人はそんなことを知っていたかどうかわかりませんが、涼しそうな感じ、暖かそうな感じ、この感じを大切に暮らして来たのではないでしょうか。
ミミロッコのエレベーターはエアコンはついていませんが、青色の空間は、お部屋までのわずかな時間ですが、外の暑さをクールダウンさせてくれるはずですよ。
Colors adopted in the way of Japanese life
After a series of recent heated days, it seems that the summer has started fading away. In September, we feel cool and fresh air in the early morning and in the evening, which tells us a subtle presence of autumn. In Japan, we live our lives in four distinct seasons; comfortably warm spring sun, with pale pink of cherry flowers and yellow green of young and fresh leaves, then, glaring summer sun, with bright yellow of sunflowers and vivid red and green of watermelon, that is, from soft and tender color to energetic color. Tree leaves that have shined brightly green will start turning into red, which will be followed by the winter.
In ancient Japan, as there was no air-conditioner even though the weather was not so hot as nowadays, people tried to enjoy the cool by remodeling season by season. Cold colors typified by blue give us a feeling of coolness. In summer, we see a lot of displays of combined blue and white, and we use many articles like glassware which reflect the image of coolness in our daily life, and in winter, to reflect the image of warmth. These are the ways of Japanese life which we have led in accordance with the changing seasons from the ancient times. These ways are accumulated wisdom for Japanese people who live in four distinct seasons
It is said that there is a difference of 3℃ between the actual temperature and effective one for the tones of cool color and warm color.
Though I am not sure if the ancient Japanese people were familiar or not with the above-said, I assume that they lived their lives by adopting the sense of feeling cool or feeling warm.
The elevators operated in Mimilocco are not air-conditioned, but, I am sure that the blue space in the cage would cool you down from the heating outside even though it is a very short journey to your floor.

本格的な夏の始まり
梅雨明けしました！暑い夏が始まりましたね。皆さま、いきなり夏バテなんてしていませんか？
こちらミミロッコは、駅前にあるにも関わらず、ロビーはとても静かです。
が、玄関自動ドアが開くと蝉の大合唱が聞えてきます。
また、屋内は冷房が効いていて涼しいのですが、一歩外へ出ると灼熱地獄。
この気温差で体調を崩すそうなので、どうぞお気をつけくださいね。
さて、我が家には元気いっぱいの小学生がいるのですが、夏休み初日に朝日が丘にある芦屋市民プールに行ってきました。
ここは、大人400円、子供200円で一日楽しめるんです。子供用プールにはスライダーはあるし、今年からはかき氷も売りはじめましたよ。
そして、カップめんの自販機があって、炎天下のラーメンが美味しそうに見えるのか、やたらみんな食べています。
ミミロッコからは、少し辛い坂道を20分程歩いて登りますが、運動がてら行ってみてはいかがですか？
汗をかいて、プールに飛び込んだ時の気持ちよさは格別です！！
ただし、アルコールは厳禁ですよ。
冷えたビールなんて持って行ったらダメですよ。
ブツブツ文句を言いながら水筒の麦茶を飲んでいるお父さんがたくさんいます・・・・

ただし、アルコールは厳禁ですよ。
冷えたビールなんて持って行ったらダメですよ。
ブツブツ文句を言いながら水筒の麦茶を飲んでいるお父さんがたくさんいます・・・・
The exhausting rainy season is finally over and here comes SUMMER!!
Our lobby is always quiet and cool, but once the front door opens,
the buzzing of cicadas brings you into a nightmare that it is melting hot outside.
To escape the heat of summer, I visited the municipal swimming pool with my daughter.
Its admittion fee is only 400yen for grown-ups and 200yen for kids. Along with the pool, shaved ice and cup-noodles will
surely allure you. I don't know why but they taste a hundred times better than you eat them at home.
20minutes walk up the hill from Mimilocco might sound tiresome. But why not take the whole process as an exercize?
One thing. It is banned to drink alcohol there. Don't ever bring along
chilled beer with you. I hear many dads grumbling as they drink only their home-made tea.

運動に最適♪
私の住んでいるところは大阪のど真ん中なのですが、ジョギングやウォーキングに最適な遊歩道がありまして、
近隣の方がたくさん走ったり歩いたりしています。
ごちゃごちゃした街中に、意外なオアシスです。
今は新緑が映えてとっても綺麗。遊歩道の最終地点は淀川の河口です。
対岸にはUSJのホテルや絶叫ローラーコースターも見えちゃいます。
反対側には梅田のビル街。なかなか、良い景色です♪
ジョギングで疲れても癒される瞬間ですね。
ミミロッコの近くにも芦屋川があって良いランニングコースになっています。
お天気の良い日は、入居者の皆様も走ったり、サイクリングなさったりしていますよ。
しかも、ミミロッコのご入居者様は向かいのビルに入っているセントラルジムを、
無料で利用できるんですよ♪
雨の日だって運動出来てしまいます！ 6月は雨が多くて室内にこもりがちですが、

春を追いかけて
春
南北に細長い日本、南から北へと順番に春が訪れますますので、北へ行けば春に追いつくことができます。
春の訪れを告げる代表の一つ菜の花、関西の平均的な開花からほぼ１ヶ月遅れのGW開け、北信州は飯山市にある「菜の花公園」を訪れてきました。野沢温泉まで１５分程度の場所です。
菜の花公園は、唱歌「おぼろ月夜」に謳われた風景を味わうことができる場所として有名で、丘の両側が、満開の菜の花で真黄色の絨毯のように埋め尽くされた風景は圧巻でした。特に丘の西側は、黄色い絨毯の先に千曲川が流れ、その遥か先には北信濃の山並みを望むことができ、さらに情緒を掻き立ててくれます。
おぼろ月夜の作詞家、高野辰之氏は飯山市の隣の旧豊田村に生まれ、飯山市の小学校で教鞭を執っていた時期があり、そのときの菜の花畑の印象が心の中に強く残っていて、後に「おぼろ月夜」の作詞のきっかけになっていると言われております。
ところで、菜の花と言えば菜種油を採取するものですが、ここ飯山の菜の花は搾油用ではありません。なんと漬け物です。多くの方が大好きで、信州を代表する漬け物「野沢菜」です。さらに驚くのは、野沢菜の元は修行にでたお坊さんが１７５６年に京都から持ち帰った蕪とのこと。寒冷地だったためか蕪本来の根が育たず茎のみが長く伸びてしまったそうです。仕方なく茎を漬け物にしてみたところ、これがたいへん美味しかったことで、今日の野沢菜漬けとなりました。大地のいたずらでしょうか。

The Japanese Archipelago, with a long and narrow stretch from north to south, welcomes the arrival of spring from in the southern area to northern area in time order. You may catch up with the front line of spring if you move up north.
One of the representatives which tell a harbinger of spring is rape blossoms. I have been to “Nanohana Koen Park,” or park of rape blossoms in northern Nagano prefecture, right after the “Golden week,” which is approximately one month later than the average flowering season in Kansai area. The location of the park is within an approximately fifteen-minute drive of the famous Nozawa Onsen hot spring resort.
The park is known as the spot where the visitors can appreciate the scenery featured in the popular children’s school song of “Oboro tsukiyo,” or Night with a hazy moon. The scenery is astonishing that both sides of the hill were carpeted in yellow along the poetic Chikumagawa River.
By the way, talking of rape blossoms, most of us think of the flowers of which seeds are pressed for oil. However, here in Nagano prefecture, the rape blossoms are not for pressing oil, but for pickling them into “Nozawana pickles,” which is one of the representative products in Nagano and well known nation-wide. To my further surprise, the origin of Nozawana is a turnip of which seeds a monk from Nagano prefecture brought to his hometown, after finishing his training in Kyoto. His villagers sowed the seeds, but the turnip did not grow well and only its stalk grew high, probably because of the reason for being in a frigid climate. With no choices, the villagers pickled the stalk with little hope……... What a taste! What a crunchy mouthfeel! The very birth of Nozawana pickles. It might be a mischief of climate.

それを記念して、3月28日（土）に、『ミミロッコ開業5周年記念パーティー』を開催し,
当館のご入居者様だけでなく、これまでミミロッコの運営で大変お世話になった方々も万障繰り合わせてご参加くださいました。
ジャズバンドの演奏、ベリーダンスの披露、お餅付きなども行われ、
賑やかなパーティーとなりました。
ご参加くださった皆様、誠にありがとうございました。
ミミロッコはこれからも、当社が開業当初より掲げている『ギブ&ギブ』の精神で、
スタッフ一同、誠心誠意サービス向上に努めて参る所存です。

‘give and give,’ since we started our service.
We will work harder to make the life of our residents great one
with ‘give and give’ mind.

春の訪れ③
皆様、こんにちは。
今年の冬は寒い日が多く感じられましたが、
皆様は如何でしょうか？
“こんな寒さでは桜の開花も遅れるのでは？”と思ったりしていましたが、
日ごとに陽射しが和らかくなったり、梅開花の話題を耳にしたり、
ミミロッコロビーに飾られた桃の花が咲いているのを目にすると、
最近は、“春が確実に近づいているのだなあ”と実感致しております。
また、ミミロッコがある芦屋は、ファッションの街神戸にも近く、
街を歩く近隣のおしゃれな方々の足元は、
既にブーツから軽やかなパンプスに、
また、上着は、春物のトレンチコートになさっていたりと、
自然だけでなく、人々の心にも春が近づいて来ているようです。
春は卒業式、入学式、就職といった別れと出会いの季節、たくさんの行事で皆様の予定表も埋まっているのではないでしょうか？
当ミミロッコに於いても、この春は“ミミロッコ開業5周年記念パーティー”や、昨年同様、志ばそう呉服店の展示会が予定されています。
これらに関しまして、また後日皆様にご報告できるのではと思っております。
春を心待ちになさると同時に、ミミロッコの今後の情報も心待ちにして頂けますと幸いです。
Spring is just around the corner!
I feel there have been a lot of cold days this winter,
How about you?
I wonder if spring is really coming in a few weeks.
Though, the fully bloomed peach blossom in Mimilocco lobby and the soft sunshine encourage me that spring is certainly on its way.
Mimilocco is located in Ashiya-city which is near by “fashion icon city Kobe.”
People walking down the street have changed their boots and heavy coats into pumps and colorful spring coats.
Everybody looks like waiting for spring.
In spring, there are many ceremonies including graduation and entrance ceremony.
New graduates are making their first step into the society with anxiety and anticipation.
People experience various encounters and parting.
How about your schedule? Are you so busy?
Mimilocco has marked the 5th anniversary this February and we’re planning to hold a small party to show our gratitude for people who have supported us.
The exhibition by “SHIBASO” KIMONO boutique will be held in late April.
I think we’ll report to you later about these events.
Please look forward to our information as well as you look forward to the arrival of spring.
봄을 기다리면서
여러분 안녕하세요?
올해 겨울 추운 날이 많다고 누꼈는데
여러분은 어떻게 생각하세요?
"이렇게 추우면 벗 꽃이 언제 피는가?"
그런 생각을 들었어요.
그러나 날마다 해혙이 따뜻해서
매화 꽃이 벌써 핀다는 화재를 들었을때
그리고 Lobby에 있는 복숭아 꽃이 피었는것을 보면 최근
봄이 확실하게 가까워진다고 느꼈습니다.
Mimilocco는 아씨야시에 있고
멋진 패션거리인 코배가 가까이에 있어서그런지
근처를 걸어가는 사람들이
특히 여성들은 이제 봄에 어울리는
신발을 신고 옷을 입고 계세요.
사람들도 봄을 기다리고 있는 것 같아요.
봄에는 졸업식식나 입학식, 취직이라는 행사가 있습니다.
여러분들도 많은 예정이 이어서 바쁘시지 않을까요?

年末のご挨拶
今年も行って来ました！梅田スカイビルのクリスマスマーケット♪
毎年、違うデザインのマグカップ。これにグリュ―ワインを入れて貰って飲むのが
私のクリスマスの楽しみです。今年のデザインは、ハートが二つ重なるようになっていて、とっても可愛いですね！
ツリーも綺麗です。
ミミロッコでも、こんな風にイルミネーションスポットをご入居者の皆さまにご案内して、
活用して頂いています。
もちろん、ミミロッコのシンボルツリーのイルミネーションも綺麗で必見ですし、館内の飾りも素敵ですよ。
とはいっても、もう年末。ミミロッコの飾りもお正月飾りに替わりました。
その様子は、また、年が明けてからのお楽しみです。
今年も、沢山の皆さまにお会いし、お世話になり、本当にありがとうございました。
来年も、皆さまに笑顔と幸せを届けていけるよう、ミミロッコのオーナーはじめ
スタッフ一同頑張って行きたいと思っています！

Happy Holidays!
One of my favorite things to do in Christmas season is to visit Christmas market in Umeda Sky building and drink gluhwein (mulled wine) in a decorated cup whose design is changed every year!!
As one of my annual events, I’ve been there and enjoyed such a tasty wine in such a lovely cup!
The illuminated Christmas tree is also beautiful.
Seasonal flyers have been issued in Mimilocco and been well received by our residents.
The focus of this season is those illuminated areas in Kansai district.
Of course, the building of Mimilocco has been with splendid Christmas decorations and magnificently illuminated symbol tree is a must to see!
Ｈｏｗｅｖｅｒ, time flies as fast as an arrow and now some items of decorations have been changed to those of the coming new year’s.
They might be introduced in the blog next month. Pleasure afterwards!
We would like to express our great appreciation for all of our dear residents and friends and we hope we will be able to make you all smile and happy through the next year!

当館の中通路奥（北側）には、当館のシンボルツリーが設置してあり、夜間は点灯されています。
その中庭にこの度花壇を新設しました。当館中庭に新たな魅力が加わりました。今は、植栽された赤、白、ピンクのコスモスが満開となり、秋の風情を醸し出しています。今後も折々に季節の花々が当館訪問者の目を楽しませてくれることでしょう。

The symbol tree of our luxury apartment Mimilocco stands in our courtyard, and is softly illuminated at night. A pretty flower bed has been recently formed under the symbol tree, which has enhanced the charm of our courtyard.
In the flower bed, pretty little cosmos of red, white, and pink are planted and now in their full bloom, which produces an autumnal taste.
I hope that those flowers planted season by season will feast our visitors’ eyes.

秋のイベント
＜ミミロッコ秋のイベント＞
秋も深まり、街の木々も色づきはじめました。これから紅葉の美しい季節ですね。
爽やかな秋晴れのもと、各地ではいろいろな楽しいイベントが開催されています。
そこで今月は、ミミロッコでの秋のイベントをご紹介したいと思います。
★ ブランチパーティー
10月18日（土）ミミロッコのご入居者様とハープ芦屋駅前ビル（ミミロッコのあるビルです）のテナントの方々をお招きして、ミミロッコ ブランチパーティーを開催しました。ミミロッコでは、ご入居者様同士の親睦を深めていただき、当館でのご滞在をより楽しいものにしていただけたらと願い、年に数回このような親睦の会を催しています。
当日は、秋晴れの爽やかな日となり、お忙しい中、多くの方々がご参加くださいました。サンドイッチやホットドッグ、おにぎりなどをつまみながらお話に花が咲き、楽しいひと時となりました。
ご参加くださった皆様、ありがとうございました。
★ハロウイン
10月31日（金）は子供たちが楽しみにしているハロウイン！
ロビーでもその飾りつけが始まりました。
エレベーターもすっかりハロウイン色に！
今年はスタッフもちょっと仮装をして皆様をお迎えします。

Autumn leaves have started turning red and it's time for leaf peeping.

Mimilocco is not an exception.
Today I’m going to tell you about such events here at Mimilocco.
★Mimilocco’s Brunch Party
A Brunch Party was held in the courtyard of Mimilocco on Oct.18, 2014. We hold these kinds of event for residents a few times a year,
hoping that residents get together and come to know each other better, which helps their stay here be more enjoyable.
Residents of Mimilocco and staff of the tenant offices took part in the
party. We served soup, sandwiches, hot dogs, Onigiri (rice balls), fruits

秋も深まり、街の木々も色づきはじめました。これから紅葉の美しい季節ですね。
爽やかな秋晴れのもと、各地ではいろいろな楽しいイベントが開催されています。
そこで今月は、ミミロッコでの秋のイベントをご紹介したいと思います。
★ ブランチパーティー
10月18日（土）ミミロッコのご入居者様とハープ芦屋駅前ビル（ミミロッコのあるビルです）のテナントの方々をお招きして、ミミロッコ ブランチパーティーを開催しました。ミミロッコでは、ご入居者様同士の親睦を深めていただき、当館でのご滞在をより楽しいものにしていただけたらと願い、年に数回このような親睦の会を催しています。
当日は、秋晴れの爽やかな日となり、お忙しい中、多くの方々がご参加くださいました。サンドイッチやホットドッグ、おにぎりなどをつまみながらお話に花が咲き、楽しいひと時となりました。
ご参加くださった皆様、ありがとうございました。

10月31日（金）は子供たちが楽しみにしているハロウイン！
ロビーでもその飾りつけが始まりました。
エレベーターもすっかりハロウイン色に！
今年はスタッフもちょっと仮装をして皆様をお迎えします。
Mimilocco’s Autumnal Events
Autumn leaves have started turning red and it's time for leaf peeping.
Fun events are being held across the country under the autumnal brisk weather.
Mimilocco is not an exception.
Today I’m going to tell you about such events here at Mimilocco.
★Mimilocco’s Brunch Party
A Brunch Party was held in the courtyard of Mimilocco on Oct.18, 2014. We hold these kinds of event for residents a few times a year,
hoping that residents get together and come to know each other better, which helps their stay here be more enjoyable.
Residents of Mimilocco and staff of the tenant offices took part in the
party. We served soup, sandwiches, hot dogs, Onigiri (rice balls), fruits
and cakes, together with some beverages. We hope attendants had a
great time, chatting and mingling.

秋の訪れ
9月に入り、朝晩過ごしやすく、すっかり秋の気配です。
先日の十五夜、中秋の名月（9/8）、美しかったですね。
翌日は満月で月と地球の距離が近くなって、普段より月がかなり大きく見えるスーパームーンでした。
次にこの月と同じ条件に近いスーパームーンが起こるのは、なんと2034年だそうです。
それくらい貴重な十五夜だったんですね。
中秋の名月は本来、収穫に感謝するお祭りの日ですが、ミミロッコでも、ロビーにすすきとお供え物を準備致しました。
写真からも秋の雰囲気を感じて頂けるのではと思います。
中秋の名月の日が、必ずしも満月とは限らない事、また毎年日にちが異なる事、
皆さん、ご存知のとおりです。
月の満ち欠けを基準にした旧暦に基づいた習慣で、
現在の太陽の動きを基準にしたグレゴリオ暦とでは、
季節感も少し違いがありますね。
うんちくはともかく、美しい月で心癒され、美味しい食べ物でお腹を満たして、秋を満喫致しましょう！
そのあとの運動もお忘れなく！
September has begun and there would be lovely days.
We have celebrated the Jugoya or harvest moon on the 8th of September this year.
Fortunately, we could see a super moon on the 9th, next day of Jugoya.
A super moon, which looks so beautiful and considerably bigger than usual, could be observed when the distance between the moon and earth gets closest on one of the full moon nights.
It would be in the year of 2034 that we can see the next super moon which looks as same as this year. So, it is a valuable experience if you have seen the super moon this year.
Originally, the Jugoya was celebrated by the people in old days to show their gratitude to the moon for the new harvest. To follow the incident, we offer relevant foods with displayed Japanese pampas grass in the lobby of Mimilocco. You can enjoy an autumnal atmosphere from these pictures.
The harvest moon does not always coincide with a full moon, and, furthermore, the date of harvest moon differs year by year, because the old calendar is based on the lunar movement. So, there is a slight difference from a current calendar based on solar movement. Actually,
Aside from the academic knowledge, we are happy to look at the beautiful moon and satisfied with the delicious food. Autumn brings us a lot of pleasures, especially those delicious foods. Let’s enjoy them, but, don’t forget to do some exercise!

ブルーエレベーター その2 ブルーの秘密
暑い毎日が続いたらと思ったら、雨が続いたりと今年の夏はちょっといつもの夏とは様子が違っていますね。それでも晴れの日はうだるような暑さ・・・・・
以前、ミミロッコのエレベータの色がブルーなのには理由があるとお伝えしましたが、今日はその種明かしです。
みなさん、色と温度の関係ってご存知ですか？寒色の中にいると実際の温度より3℃くらい低く感じられると言われています。
暑い夏の間は、ミミロッコの青い壁のエレベーターの中はちょっと海の中の気分です。
ちょっとイライラしながら帰ってきた日もエレベーターの中でクールダウン。笑顔で玄関のドアを開けられますよ

七夕
こんにちは、Yukoです。あっという間に夏になってしまいました。そして、ようやく梅雨らしくなりましたね。毎日洗濯大変じゃないですか？暑くて献立考えるの面倒じゃないですか？・・・夢のないことばかり書いてもアレなんで・・・ ミミロッコにまたまた七夕飾りの季節がやって参りました。毎年、圧巻の笹。でも、青々してるのはほんの一瞬で時間が経つと、あっという間にしおれていってしまうんですね。でも、それがまた風情があっていいんです。それと、不思議なことにここの笹にお願いごとをすると本当に叶うような気持ちになるんです。

Today is 7th of July, the Star Festival day. We decorate bamboos and make a wish upon a star. At Mimilocco, a huge bamboo welcomes you at the lobby. Write down your wish on a slip of paper and hang it. It’s quite amazing that our bamboo makes you feel like if your wish would really come true

夏越しの祓
6月は一年の折り返しですね。神社では、6月30日に
夏越しの祓の儀式をするところも少なくないですよね！茅の輪をくぐって、
半年分の邪気を払い、そして、残りの半年も無事に健康に暮らせることを
神様にしっかりとお願いをする儀式。
家族の一人が東京に住んでいるので、ちょくちょく東京に行くのですが、
先日、6月初旬、ふらふらと浅草を散歩していたら、偶然発見した神社。
そこでもう茅の輪飾ってありました。
それが、この下谷神社
なんでも、起源は奈良時代の730年。東京で最も古い稲荷神社だそうです。
また、1798年に東京で最初に寄席を行った場所でもあるそうです。
さすが、浅草ですね。
早いけど、ちゃんとお祓いもしてあるとの事。右に左にと、くるくる回って
くぐってきました。ふ～これで私も浄化されましたよ！
ミミロッコの氏神様である芦屋神社では、水無月の祓と言って6月30日午後4時より
茅の輪がくぐれ、それから1週間ほどはくぐれるそうですよ！
芦屋神社はミミロッコから歩いて20分程の近さ。
皆様 ぜひ 足を運んでみてはいかがですか？
芦屋神社で浄化された後は、ミミロッコにも遊びに来て下さいね～♪

“Nagoshi no harae” or summer purification rites
Time flies so quickly! It is already end of June!
June has been placed in the middle of the year and the ceremony called
”Nagoshi no harae” or summer purification rites will be held at a lot of Shinto shrines on June 30th.
As it is so believed that you have accumulated evil spirits in your soul unconsciously within this half the year that you have to be purified and pray for the health and happiness for the rest of the year by passing through a ring of cogon grass called “Chino-wa”.
Chino-wa is usually displayed around the end of June.
In the middle of June, when I visited one of my family members in Tokyo,
I happened to find a Shinto shrine where “Chino-wa” had been displaced already.
Of course, I have passed through the ring and I have been purified now!
The shrine is called Shitaya jinja. Its origin dates back to 730 and is regarded as the oldest Inari shrine (a shrine for wishing a prosperous business) in Tokyo, and is also considered the first place where the traditional Japanese comic story called “Rakugo” was performed in Tokyo in1738.
You can experience the Summer purification rites at Ashiya shrine, too, which is the local shrine of Mimilocco, from 16:00～ on June 30th. It is about 20minute walk from Mimilocco to Ashiya shrine.
It might be a great experience to pass through the ring to get rid of your evil spirits and get yourself purified for the rest of this year!
